The JICA project (improving the quality of early childhood development) organized a campaign to raise awareness of the importance of physical exercises for children in the targeted governorates with the help and support of the directorate's staff (Mrs. Saida and Ms. Magda in Suez, Ms. Hala in Ismailia, Ms. Omaima in Port Said, Dr. Heba in Qalyubia).
This campaign aims to share the idea of how to enjoy exercise and sports with parents at home without using any tools or equipment. The campaign also informs parents of the importance of these exercises and games in enhancing bonding between parents and children.
According to the participants, the campaign was successful and fun as you can hear the laughter of children who are enjoying the exercises/games.

Comments in the directorates about the campaign:
1- Ms. Maha Al-Hafnawi - Director of the Solidarity Directorate in Ismailia - spoke with the participants and emphasized the importance of physical exercises for the whole family and asked them to share what they had learned that day with their friends and any individual who could not attend the day so that everyone could benefit.
2- (Professor Omaima in Port Said and Dr. Heba in Qalyubia). The two coordinators talked about the importance of physical exercises, as their benefits are not only for children, but also for parents (or adults in general). And that in this time we may sometimes forget that children have a lot of energy inside them and they must get it out; That is why we must take advantage of such activities through which parents can understand how to deal with children to maintain their good health.
3- Many participants also commented by confirming the extent of their enjoyment with their children and their strong desire to attend such events, and that they will try to practice these exercises at home so that they are healthy and fit.
